Birth-to-Three

Families living in King county who have children age birth-3 are eligible to apply for enrollment. Children with disabilities must meet requirements through the Division of Developmental Disabilities. There is currently a waiting list for children with and without disabilities. Although home-based services are an integral part of the program, parent's must provide transportation when attending programs at the EEU.

Preschool and Kindergarten

Families who have children age 3-6 who live in the Seattle School District are eligible to apply for enrollment. Parents with concerns about their child's development should contact the Seattle School District's Child Find office (206 252-0805) for testing to determine if your child is eligible for Special Education services. Children who are eligible for Special Education services and are enrolled at the EEU are provided bus transportation by the Seattle School District. Parents of children without disabilities are responsible for transportation.

Early Childhood Education Assistance Program (ECEAP)

To enroll in the EEU ECEAP class families must qualify for City of Seattle ECEAP, and have a child who is four years old by August 31.
